when I was asked to do this shoot  I was so ecstatic…it was just so “girly”…which if you know me, the mom of three boys…it’s kind of exciting!  It was everything I’d hoped for…beautiful ballerinas, perfect little slippers…watching them get their hair done…it brought back so many memories of my figure skating years.  Thanks SO much for having me…it was such a treat!  And the whole time,  I was singing my all time favorite Elton John song Tiny Dancer to myself!

My brother and I are birthday twins…I was his birthday present on his third birthday - can you imagine being so lucky?!  Larry, you are such a fabulous brother and uncle…and I’m so incredibly happy to have you in my life…I can’t imagine how I ever would manage life without you.  Thanks for everything you do, and happy birthday!  Love you…

I spent some time with the boys last week during their school funday.  Another milestone…this is the last year that they’ll ever all be in the same school…by the time G hits highschool, his oldest brother will have already graduated.  It’s all happening so fast!!!

Shortly after I booked my flight to the Coldplay concert, I found out that the boys annual swim banquet was on the same night, so I cancelled my flight…and I’m so glad I did!   All three boys did super well, and Mr. K won the Most Improved Award for the whole club (boys)…so proud. Then my darling friend phoned from the concert and let me listen to Fix You - LOVE you Kelly, thank you…

coming home from Parker’s soccer tournament in Prince George today, we stopped and Keats and I had a quick little photo shoot at this GREAT location!  It’s 2.5 hours away…but, I may have to set up a future photo shoot there.  Haven’t processed any of Keaton’s photos yet, they’re still downloading…but I’m just a little bit in love with this old truck!

I was so excited when Jody & Jeff asked me to photograph their new baby Heidi.  At just over four pounds, she’s complete perfection, in one tiny little package.  Check out the smile we got today - I think she enjoyed her first photo shoot!
